Seeing Clearly: An Online Vipassana Retreat


The translation of the Pali Word Vipassana means to “see nature.”  And the technique of Vipassana meditation is to direct our attention away from the stories of the mind and towards what we can experience directly in the present moment.  In doing so we see that the universe operates according to laws and gaining the wisdom of these laws helps us to live in ways that lead to benefit and happiness.

In this online retreat we will practice Vipassana (insight/mindfulness) meditation with the live times of the retreat shown below.  Melissa will also send an optional schedule for the times that aren’t live for those that would like to keep silent for the weekend and do more intensive practice.
