Karuna (compassion) is the wise response to the suffering we see in the world. It is Metta (lovingkindness) in the face of suffering. When we meditate on compassion we begin to see solutions rather than problems, we grow our sense of personal empowerment, we are able to turn towards rather than run away from challenges and difficulties and we transform our anxieties and fears into an effective and uplifting energy.
Join Melissa McKay for this daylong, we will practice Metta and Karuna meditation.
