Forgiveness and Love: A Mindfulness Daylong

Join Melissa McKay for a day of meditation practice.  In this daylong, we will study what the Buddha taught about forgiveness and love and learn to bring those qualities into our mindfulness practice.

The schedule will be:

  • 10-11am Introduction and Talk

  • 11-11:45am Mindfulness Meditation

  • 11:45-12:15pm Alternate Posture Meditation

  • 12:15-12:45pm Q and A

  • 12:45-1:30pm Lunch Break

  • 1:30-2:15pm Talk

  • 2:15-3pm Mindfulness Meditation

  • 3-3:30pm Alternate Posture Meditation

  • 3:30-4pm Q and A/ Close

Suggested Donation: $5 to $75
