Make your home your temple for this weekend vipassana retreat.  We will practice mindfulness in all activities and in formal sitting meditation and walking meditation periods.  

You are welcome to sign up for one day (Saturday) or both days of this retreat.

12pm Lunch/ home duties

4pm Dharma Talk.
5pm optional continued practice for the evening
